Built From the Ground Up — One Pool at a Time
Loui Castaneda didn't start in an office — he started in the water. What began as a lifeguarding job turned into a genuine passion for the aquatics industry. Proving himself on deck, Loui was promoted to Lifeguard Supervisor before earning his Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license and rising to Director of Aquatics.
With firsthand experience at every level of pool operations — and a Business Administration & Finance degree behind him — Loui founded Garden State Pool Management to bring a higher standard of care to properties across New Jersey. The kind of care that only comes from someone who's actually done the job.

We're looking for experienced CPOs to manage water chemistry, equipment, and pool operations at properties across New Jersey.
Valid CPO certification required
Competitive pay commensurate with experience
Full or part-time seasonal positions
